OUR STORY: Innovation and Quality since 2017
Founded in 2017 in Itapema and Porto Belo, Santa Catarina, Bossa Empreendimentos was born from the entrepreneurial vision of Sabrina and Carlos, who already possessed solid experience in the business market. In addition to owning a large company in the truck tracking sector, providing services to giants such as JBS, Mercado Livre, and Seara, the couple decided to expand their horizons and enter the civil construction market.
The first step was taken with the launch of Jazz Residence in Itapema. Without a portfolio in civil construction, the challenge was significant. To conquer the market, Bossa chose to finance the project entirely with its own capital. Jazz Residence, a development with 14 apartments, already demonstrated the company's essence: a commitment to quality and innovation. The construction was conducted with efficient management processes, resulting in delivery 1 year and 8 months ahead of schedule, exceeding expectations.
Following the success of Jazz, Bossa launched Soul Residence, a more ambitious project with 36 apartments and a complete rooftop. Construction began in February 2020 and, despite facing challenges such as the pandemic, was completed on schedule in December 2023. Soul solidified Bossa's reputation as a construction company committed to deadlines and superior quality.
In 2022, Bossa Empreendimentos launched its first project in Porto Belo: Flow Aptos, marking a new chapter in its trajectory. The development features 57 apartments, including 6 duplexes, two floors of leisure facilities, and a series of innovative construction features. Construction began in November 2023 and is being executed at high speed, reinforcing the company's efficiency and forward-thinking vision.
